UI/UX Designer

Summary

As a UI & UX Designer, you’ll be the visual driving force behind our projects – from game interfaces to marketing materials, web and mobile mockups. You’ll define a visual style that connects brand identity and gameplay into a cohesive and memorable experience. You’ll work closely with 3D artists, programmers, and marketing teams to ensure all assets are both beautiful and functional. 

Responsibilities 

• Creating visual concepts, logos, and key art 

• Designing and producing game UI/UX elements (menus, icons, HUDs) 

• Preparing marketing assets (banners, social media content, store images) 

• Contributing to brand identity and visual style guidelines 

• DTP and pre-press preparation for printed materials 

• Iterating based on testing and feedback 

• Organizing and managing graphic assets within an asset management system 

Key Traits 

• Strong sense of aesthetics and visual hierarchy 

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) 

• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design 

• Ability to create mood boards, style guides, brand and logo manuals 

• Creative thinking paired with precision and attention to detail 

• Excellent communication skills and openness to giving and receiving constructive feedback 

• Strong time-management skills and ability to multitask effectively 

Experience 

At least 2 years of experience in the field.  Experience leading the visual direction of a project or small team. 

Nice to have  

• Basic knowledge of motion design (After Effects, Lottie) 

• Experience with UI in Unity or UMG in Unreal Engine 

• Illustration skills (digital painting, vector art) 

• Basic 3D knowledge (Blender) for quick mockups 

• Copywriting and typography sense for marketing content
