On Tuesday we had the tremendous pleasure of attending the prestigious WIRED Young Guns event. At our booth we showcased the real world applications of Spatial Computing in the B2B sector and gathered fresh inspiration from top figures in Czech business. Read on to find out how our Apple Vision Pro headset with the M5 chip captivated visitors and what trends are currently shaping the corporate world.
New knowledge and inspiration from market leaders
The entire evening carried an incredibly energetic spirit. For our studio Strand Forge these events represent an absolutely crucial benefit. We met highly inspiring people and listened to their genuine perspectives on how modern business operates. The program offered excellent topics for future leaders and innovative startup founders.
Senta Čermáková and Jaroslav Němec debated brilliantly about how a large company can make you a better founder of your own project. Gabriela Borutová from Gen subsequently confirmed that quality experience from a large multinational environment simply cannot be replaced. The next part of the program focused on sales and development. Martin Bernátek from OlaOla explained the absolutely key role of sales for any successful project. Michaela Steinhauser from SEMOIA and Michal Ďuriník from the Loklok project then shared their hard earned experiences with the more demanding phases of developing a proprietary product.
Zbyšek Satora from DHL added very valuable insights regarding the necessity of choosing the right partner. A huge response from the audience also followed the lecture by Petr Kováčik from BUDETO about turning a quick prototype created using artificial intelligence into a real product. The educational block was then concluded by Eliška Flídrová and David Kříž from EXPATLEGAL with practical advice on building a successful global team directly from the Czech Republic.
Our booth showed the power of Spatial Computing in practice
At this event we did not have a classic presentation on stage but instead poured all our energy into our interactive booth. This became the main center of our presence at WIRED Young Guns. Here we exhibited the Apple Vision Pro headset equipped with the new and extraordinarily powerful M5 chip. For this unique device our studio Strand Forge develops predominantly B2B solutions and we wanted to offer all attendees a direct personal experience.
The interest throughout the evening was literally immense. It turned out that innovative hardware still strongly resonates with people and sparks curiosity. Furthermore the pleasant catering and the relaxed atmosphere of the entire evening perfectly encouraged networking. As Martin Lahučký (CEO of Strand Forge) pointed out right on the spot the opportunity for a personal meeting and a direct demonstration of our technologies in practice open the very best paths for establishing new and strong partnerships. Visitors were fascinated by the smooth visuals and the overall capabilities that the M5 chip handles with absolute ease.
Spatial Computing for marketing and as a work tool
Personal contact brought many stimulating conversations. Representatives of the participating companies were very actively interested in the specific possibilities of deploying our solutions into their processes. From many discussions at our booth it became clear that there is a great interest in the market to use Spatial Computing primarily for modern marketing purposes. A visual and immersive presentation of products in an interactive space can amaze potential clients much more strongly than a standard flat screen.
Equally intensely however the deployment of this headset as a fully fledged work tool directly in the B2B sector was discussed. Modern companies are beginning to see great potential in virtual presentations or interactive tools for their teams. The participation of Strand Forge at this prestigious event clearly confirmed to us that the market is absolutely ready for these innovations.
